Today we get deep.... How many times have you said consciously or unconsciously "I can never forgive myself for this".... But then.. Of course what do we do? We have to continue on in the world doing our best to act like we are worthy.. like we are good and like we aren't a terrible human.
This happens usually in our live multiple times a day. Some are big things, some are little things... Some are VERY big things to the mind or concept of who we believe we are or believe we need to be. It is very easy to develop the identity of someone who is unworthy and of little value...
So what do we do??
Today we dive into the process leading to forgiveness and just how important it is to zoom out on conscious reality and understand the importance and freedom of genuinely allowing this lower vibrational energy to be released in your life
