Thank you so much for joining me today! One of the questions that I receive most often (and used to ask also myself lol)! Is... How do I speed this up.. I'm doing the work.. I'm doing SOO MUCH better than I used to be doing (and that is amazing.. celebrate that).. But it seems like there are periods where it is TAKING FOREVER!!
Today we dive into what is happening in that part of the process.. The part where our mind jumps in and tries to convince us that things aren't working.. or working fast enough..
I share the most simple but amazing tip I've ever run across and I feel that if you really digest this and apply the understanding.. You will see things begin to shift even more rapidly... Even though in todays show you find... that the need for it to speed up... Is what slows it down... Yea... it's wild..
